TieOut Pilot reads the balance exports, invoices, bank statements and email threads your entities actually send each other — PDF, scanned, Excel, pasted text — matches what matches, explains what doesn't, and drafts the confirmation letters and PBC schedules your auditor asks for. No ERP integration required.

Illustrative output. Names and figures are examples.
Trial balances and intercompany ledgers as Excel or CSV in any layout; invoices and credit notes as PDF or scans; bank statements; email threads. No ERP connection, no template to fill.
Amount, counterparty, period and reference matching with tolerance rules you set. Pure code, no model: the same inputs always produce the same matches, and every match shows the rule that made it.
The language model reads the invoices, statements and emails behind an unmatched item and proposes a classified explanation — timing, FX, fee, duplicate, missing document, dispute — citing the page and line, with a draft adjusting entry for a person to approve.
For each PBC line, the documents that support the balance, an index page that maps request → evidence → ledger line, and a list of what is still missing and from whom.
Separate workspaces per client group for firms; SSO and roles for groups; retention per workspace; every metered unit itemised with a request id before it reaches the invoice.
Token usage scales with documents, not with seats: each close reads every invoice page, statement and email thread for every entity pair. A 12-entity group with 400 intercompany invoices a month is roughly 20–60 million tokens per close. Matching itself is deterministic code and costs nothing; the model is spent only on reading and explaining.
We are onboarding a small number of design partners with real documents and real deadlines. Tell us what you work on and we will set up a workspace with your material.
