Twelve entities, twelve export layouts

Each entity exports its intercompany ledger from a different system: column names, date formats and sign conventions all differ.

What the agent does

  1. Detect each file's layout and map columns to the common schema
  2. Normalise dates, currencies and debit/credit signs
  3. Report rows that could not be mapped for a human to fix once; remember the mapping for next month

What you get back

One normalised intercompany table across all entities, with an exceptions list and saved per-entity mappings.

Mapping saved for HK Trading export

'Doc No'→ reference
'Amt (LC)' with CR suffix→ amount, sign from suffix
'Pstng Date' dd.mm.yyyy→ date ISO

Illustrative output. Figures and names are examples, not customer data.
