Credit note referenced in email but never booked

An email thread agrees a 3,600 credit; A issued CN-00412 but B never posted it and still shows the full payable.

What the agent does

  1. Extract the agreed amount and date from the email thread
  2. Find the credit note document and confirm it matches
  3. Identify that B's ledger has no posting; draft B's entry

What you get back

Explained: 'CN-00412 agreed 12 Sep (email), issued 15 Sep, not booked by B'. Entry drafted for B.
