Getting started
From a signed early-access agreement to a reconciled month in about two weeks: workspace, first upload, mapping review, first run.
Before you start
You need: an early-access agreement (or a Marketplace subscription once listed), one person who will own the workspace, and one client group or entity set with last month's exports and documents to hand.
1. Workspace
A workspace is one client group (firms) or one group (in-house). Create it, set the group reporting currency, add the entities with their functional currencies, and invite users with roles: preparer, reviewer, auditor (read-only).
2. Policies
Upload the group FX policy (a rate table, or point us to a central-bank source), the intercompany agreements and transfer-pricing policy as PDF, and set the tolerance rules — default is an absolute 1.00 or 0.1 %, whichever is smaller. All of this can be changed later; changes are versioned.
3. First upload
Drop last month's files per entity: intercompany ledger or trial balance export, invoices and credit notes, bank statements, and any email threads about open items. Formats are listed under File formats.
4. Mapping review
For each new export layout the agent proposes a column mapping. Review it once — reference, amount, sign convention, date format, counterparty — and confirm. The mapping is saved for that entity.
5. First run
Matching runs immediately and is free. Review the unmatched items: each has a proposed explanation class, a reason, citations and a draft entry, or is marked needs a person. Accept, edit, or send as a question. Export the workbook.
6. Month two
Upload the new month. Mappings apply automatically; items explained last month that are still unbooked appear in the carried-forward list rather than being explained again.
What to expect in early access
Some capabilities on this site describe designed behaviour not yet live. Your workspace shows what is enabled; the changelog records what changes.
