Entity controller

The controller who gets the questions

You run one entity's books. Every month group or the other entities ask about differences you did not create and have to explain anyway.

Questions that arrive answered

Instead of "can you look into the 18,250 vs 18,200", you receive: the invoice (page 1), the bank statement line showing the 50 fee (page 3, line 14), the agreement clause saying the payer bears charges, and the entry. Your job becomes approving, not investigating.

When you disagree

Genuine disputes — a recharge you believe is outside the agreement, an allocation key you read differently — are summarised with both sides' evidence and go to the controllers to decide. The agent does not pick a winner.

Nothing touches your ledger

Entries are drafts. You post them in your system, or you don't.
